Meet the Founder – Vijaya P

Vijaya P, the soul behind Vipasa Yoga, is an electronics engineer turned UPSC aspirant who found her true calling in yoga. During her preparation journey, she faced serious health challenges and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia — a turning point that led her toward healing and service. With a deep passion for helping people and animals, Vijaya explored yoga not just as a practice, but as a path to transformation. What began as a personal journey soon evolved into a mission to guide others. She transitioned from a dedicated student to a certified yoga teacher.

She has supported many in managing diabetes, thyroid issues, PCOD/PCOS, infertility, and hormonal imbalances, and has guided numerous women through their motherhood journeys.
